Event Procedure
(Official Dress REQUIRED)

1. Written Exam - From Past Five Years National Tests
2. Pre-Call Team Activity  - Students will be given a scenario to prepare a presentation for their company that will target two potential customers.  During this activity the team should be prepared to answer questions relating to:(Students will have 15 minutes to prepare and 15 minutes to answer the questions.)

              1. Building Rapport.

              2. Common Interest with customer.

              3.  Customer Needs and Wants.

              4. Listening skills to determine Needs and wants.

              5. How they will relate the products to the customers needs and wants.

              6. Potential Objections.

              7. Customer Concerns.

         This should not be canned or prepared before entering the competition room.  

3. Individual Sales - Each member will be given a customer profile to review for 5 minutes before approaching one of the judges who will act as that potential customer. (20 minutes to interact with judge)

4. NO business cards
